Master blinking red on my traktor kontrol s4

Hi, my the masters on my traktor kontrol s4 Is blinking red. im a new dj so I don't know what that means. is it because I need somthing?

then I tried to download the software on "native instruments" for the controller but it says that the installation has failed and that I need to contact the software production. I am using a MacBook Air from 2017, can anybody help me?

From macOS 10.15 and higher, the operability of some NI legacy hardware is terminated. This includes MASCHINE MK1, MASCHINE MIKRO MK1, AUDIO 2 / 4 / 8 DJ, TRAKTOR AUDIO 2 MK1, and TRAKTOR S2 / S4 / X1 MK1.
The workaround for macOS 10.12 - 10.14 (as described in this article) does not work on macOS 10.15 or higher. If you still want to use these legacy devices, you can only do so on a compatible OS.
