Installation failed - Unknown Products

Hi there,

does anyone know what this is all about?

I try to install the two but get the error message shown.

I also tried installing this on the local hard drive, but the error remains the same.

Does anyone have an idea please?

Native Acces 3.11.0 - Windows 11

    On your main Native Access Library display you need to select the three dots on the right of the screen as shown below and select the Installation Paths.

    That will display where NA thinks it's located. If you press the folder icon next to the location it will take you to the file display for that directory so you can verify it's location. You can also change that location to a new location by selecting the file location being displayed and select a new location to load it to.
