Hi folks,

Posting here following my numerous attempts to solve this by myself.

I have updated today to NA 3.11.0 and Kontakt 7.10.2.

No idea if this is connected or not but I can’t handle Replika anymore. Adding a new instance or trying to open it from an existing track in Ableton Live 12 systematically hard crashes my MacBook Pro M3 Pro (Sonoma 14.4.1). It freezes and reboot. I’m using replika a lot since always and never experienced any trouble for months.

i have tried to reinstall Replika after having uninstalled it manually following NI process, it doesn’t change anything.
I can’t try with another DAW as I don’t have, but it does the same in Maschine 2 2.18.1.

Am I alone in this case or is it something already known ?

Thank you in advance for your help. Can’t work anymore as all my projects use Replika…

solved : by any mystery, none of my NI apps didn’t have full access to the hard drive anymore. I added again all apps and it works.

Sorry for the alert, maybe it can help someone else 🙂

actually no, it doesn’t. I can now open replika in an existing track but I can’t add it to a new one, same situation : hard crash and reboot.

Same here, but in stead of crashing it freezes FL Studio in such a way that i have to kill the process in the windows task manager. I have the same issue with Raum, Replika XT. There is no way to create a support ticket for this, and seeing your posts are already 10 days old I'm not convinced support is very active.

    What a mess…

    hey there,

I opened a ticket and NI answered but not with very relevant information. I opened a ticket with Ableton as well and they helped a lot, they investigated into the crashes log and have identified a disk inconsistency created for any reason by Kontakt (updated few days before). The day after NI spread a Kontakt update and it solved the issue.

So I would advise you to update Kontakt to the last available version if not already done, for it has solved the crashes, I hope it will for you too even if you are using FL Studio and then your problem may be different !
