I'm assuming when you run the updated Native Access all your libraries are there when you run it standalone. When you run the new Kontakt or Komplete Kontrol programs standalone are the libraries listed? If it just happens when you're using Logic, are you certain you've configured your Logic project to point to the new Native Access/Kontakt/Komplete Kontrol versions rather than the old ones?

You can try this version of NATIVE ACCESS 3.8.0 (but it will auto-update if you let it) (in case of a download problem then try log in to Google) (it is possible that you might have to run the N.A. installer under Rosetta just while installing)

Also you can try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access

Else you can try reset Logic to default by deleting this file:

    Macintosh HD/Users/Username/Library/Preferences/com.apple.logic10.plist

ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats
