Any word when Native Access will be working again?

These downtimes are getting a bit frustrating, especially since there is no post anywhere when the system isn't working, leaving us to wonder if the problem is on our end. If I didn't have friends who could check for me and verify it's a NA problem, I would be wasting a lot of time.

PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE and add an indicator of some kind when the system is down!
