Kontakt 7 on Sonoma full crash and restart, M2 MAX

Hi, I'm having issues with Kontakt 7 on Sonoma where im getting a full crash and restart , i had logged with Ableton as that's my DAW of choice but when trying to update a Kontakt library the other day in the stand alone version i had the same thing happen almost instantly , ive updated to the very latest version of Kontakt , any suggestions ?

I am having exact same issue with M2 Max Sonoma 14.4 and 14.5. Kontakt 7.10.2 crashes immediately. I have sent crash reports to Apple.

MOTU Support told me it was a known issue with Kontakt 7 and 14.4 and upgrade to 14.5 would resolve it. It hasn't.

The same problem here under Cubase, it was not fixed after updating to Sonoma 14.5, which I was really hoping for. I'm kinda disappointed, because the ultrawide monitor is my main and I can't work properly. This issue was not occuring under Sonoma 14.4 where it worked in flawlesly. It started after 14.4.1. update.

I've downgraded to Kontakt 7.9, where it's not so often…

MacBook Pro Max M3, Sonoma 14.5, Cubase 13.0.30, Kontakt 7.10.2, Samsung 57" Odyssey Neo G9 (connected by DisplayPort or HDMI - niether of them work, same as changing the Hz from 120 to 60 or resolution from 8K to 4K doesn't help get it running).

I have been having major issues when using Kontakt 7. It freezes, the screens go pink and then the computer completely shuts down. I use Ableton Live 12 on a Mac M2 with Sonoma OS 14.4.1 and UAD sound cards (11.3.0). It's been months since both Kontakt 7 and Sonoma have been out, over a year and half since the M2 has been out and I see no updates available or seemingly on their way. This means that half my komplete plug-ins are unusable and I don't know when I'll be able to use them properly.

v14.5 (and now 14.6) of Sonoma fixed a whole pile of issues - you might consider getting these going as soon as you can.
