Where can I get my Maschine + repaired in USA

Hi, I need to have the pads on my Maschine plus replaced. They have lost sensitivity.
I can’t find anywhere to have it repaired.
Really appreciate any information.

Sorry if this is a silly question but are you sure you didn't turn down the sensitivity on the settings? Or are in Fixed Vel mode?

You have to contact NI HW tech support, they will handle all the RMA/Repair process… Go here:

unfortunately the sensitivity is set for full dynamic range. The pads that are not working properly are the ones I use the most (kick snare hihat)
