Maschine not opening

Hello, so stressed as spent whole weekend reinstalling my pc as maschine software will not open.

All other software including NI opens, but not maschine. I got it briefly working, but after a few restarts no more maschine. I uninstall windows 11 updates to see, and still same issue. I literally have a studio I can not use. Please if anyone can help me. I'm on Windows 11, I am on the latest update. A contact number for NI would be helpful, can't believe they no longer offer this support.
