Traktor Pro 3.10.0 and higher is compatible with Sonoma so it should be available to download and install in the latest version of Native Access as long as you have a licence for it. The latest Native Access is available to download here - https://www.native-instruments.com/en/support/downloads/

If it's the original one (check images on Google) then it won't work on Sonoma. MK2 and MK3 versions will work OK. The compatibility list is here - https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/360014900358-Compatibility-of-Native-Instruments-Products-on-macOS

I don't know of a way to get it to work sorry. NI don't generally offer refunds on software purchases, but it's always worth reaching out to support in cases like this where you've made a genuine mistake with a purchase. There's a link at the bottom of this page you can use to contact support - https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/sections/360000092537-Purchase-Support

You are using a first generation S4? Did I got this right? If that is the case it won‘t work with Catalina or Sonoma either. This controller is only supported up to macOS 10.14 Mojave. It is not usable with newer versions of macOS as there a no device drivers for newer versions.
