Pending Payment issue (kontakt to upgrade for komplete)

I purchased kontakt first and wasn't satisfied, so I upgraded it to kcomplete. However, unlike kontakt, it was impossible to use immediately. I looked at my order results and found that it was in this state. Am i have to wait more time? or just error?
