Getting Tired of Problems with my product page and Native Access

I wanted to purchase 3 expansion packs for Massive-X today so I went to my products page and looked at all the products and serials. Not seeing the thre products there, I made the purchase, When I accessed my computer to download the instruments, i was surprised to find all three products already on my hard drive. Interestingly enough, the three products did not show up on my product page and I think it is because they were included in Komplete 14 UCE. NI Should do a better job of listing all the products I own so I do not make this mistake again. Or they should have warned me before the purchase that I already own them. Now i have to spend time to try and get a refund. Another interesting point is that now when I check my product serials, the three products show up with serials but did not before.

    What version of Native Access are you using?

    What web browser are you using?

    And you might want to consider whether or not you have some broken cookies in that browser. Try a different browser and see if that gives you more sensible responses.
