Gui problem k7

Ive updated kontakt 7 and I've got a big problem with it now.

It's slow to load librarys and when my mouse is moving over the gui it's the mouse icon is flashing as if it's clicking on it.

This is happening in standalone and vst version.. komplete control and other software are unaffected.

Can anyone help

Is this the newest version 7.10.2 ?

Else : What is your computer type ? , what is your OS version ? , what is your Native Access version ? , Exact Kontakt version ?.

Do you have any software running in the back ground that could influence your experience (e.g. in system try on Windows) ?

Also what is your exact graphics adapter ? (Ref. Graphics hardware support for Direct 3D 11.1 (Feature Level 11_0) or higher) (Not all DX12 capable adapters support Direct 3D 11.1)

yes newest version of kontakt 7 and native access 2

im running windows 11.23h2 build22631.3447

processor—Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-14700K 3.40 GHz

This could be a problem with your graphics card/display adapter not fulfilling specifications , please check the discussion here : Kontakt gui flickering and making cubase freeze , this is not a guaranteed fix but in my opinion the most likely cause of the problem.

hi ive just updated too the upto date driver and its still doing it..the cursor is flashing..its still got the spinning icon.

this was ok up until a few updates ago is there anywhere i can get previous versions of kontakt 7?

Works fine for me , try another browser or try logging into Google first , in some cases people can solve a download problem by copying to own Google drive first.
