Traktor S2 doesn't work with Windows

Hello. 

I use my Traktor s2 mixer with an ipad and everything is fine. 
Now, I want to use it with a Windows PC and it doesn't work. It's impossible for me and it is a bit urgent.

In "device manager" appears the recognized mixer with its drivers, but I cannot manage it 
from the "Traktor DJ 2" software.

What can I do to make it work?

Hello,

check here for drivers and firmware updates, maybe try to just install drivers over the old ones or uninstall then reinstall (with device not connected). Do you see the midi port or asio driver in traktor settings or non of them for the s2?
