mapping question

on the X1 mkiii, is it possible to map the ← and → 'tempo' buttons to nudge the grid left/right instead?

    Nudge the bet grid and not the actual tempo? The following command will move the beat grid.

    thanks. got it working.
    now, for some reason, traktor stopped sending midi clock. I've deleted and started over with a new generic midi device several times. I have not made any changes to the gear setup. In fact, it was working fine just minutes before I messed with the controller mapping.

    Are you talking about the metronome ticks?

    Sounds like you deleted the device which was set to output the midi clock.
    If that's so. Just add it back and use a different device for your Tone Play feature.

    thanks for the responses.
    This is what I get for being way too tired and trying to troubleshoot.
    The 1st piece of gear in the line that receives clock from Traktor is an MPC.
    Not sure how in the world this happened, but ''receive MIDI Clock" got toggled to 'off' in the process.
    That's like, troubleshooting 101 right after checking to make sure you don't have a bad cable. <facepalm>
