How Do You Contact Customer Support at NI?
This is the worst experience I've ever had with NI. NI is supposed to be the "Apple" of music production software & hardware. I accidentally purchased the wrong effect on NI's website and I'm trying to change my order. Every email says "NO REPLY"!!! Why is NI so hell bent on NOT accepting an EMAIL from a customer who has spend way over $15,000 on software and hardware gear with them? Any help with a simple email to support or even an 800 number would be appreciated. Wes

Once the chatbox runs out of ideas you'll be put in touch with a real live human. That's the only support route at the moment.
