Problem with a browser jog wheel

Hello everyone, I have a problem with the Traktor software or hardware!!

I use an EKS OTUS Medi Controller, only when I use one of four jog wheels for the browser to select a song, it always skips 3 lines and not from song to song!!

I hope someone can help me????

    Make sure you don't have multiple mappings for the same device in the dropdown list of the controller manager.
