How to make "change_vol" work as in the documentation?

I assumed 0 meant "no volume". Using actual low decibels like -20 000 worked.

It might be obvious to everyone, but I thought I'd mention that
change_vol ($EVENT_ID, 0, 0)

changes the volume by nothing at all, so it'd be hard to hear if that is working or not.
