Upright Bass, Native Access and customer support

Hello, I have a problem installing Session "Bassist - Upright Bass" which I purchased a week ago. It does not appear in Native Access. If I install Native Access 2, nothing works: It can no longer load any products. I allowed full access to the hard drive and disabled my VPN.
I tried to contact customer support but the web page opens and closes immediately.
Help !!!!
