Output 1/2 not working on my analog mixer channel using traktor pro

Please help, I just bought a new Audio 6 Mk2 and an analog mixer. I am using the Audio 6 to connect the analog mixer to use two channels on traktor pro. Only out 3/4 works on one channel, but the out 1/2 is not working on any channel. Cables are connected correctly and I am using an Audio 6 which is for sure two decks, and only works 1 for me.

On my setting I have output deck A: 1/2 and deck B: 3/4

Hello,

you also used the volume dial on top for out 1/2, do you see the meter moving on top of the device, and did you switched the cables to test them?

I figured that you need to connect one line channel only to output 3 and the other line channel to output 4. But i dont know if using an adapter of 2 rca to Jack will work on each output

no you need for each deck two TRS or TS jack to rca, so for two decks 4 times 6,3 mm jack to 4 rca plugs in total, 2 for each deck in stereo, or maybe i understood you wrong
