Guitar Rig 5 is not officially compatible with Windows 11 but there's not such a big difference and it should work. The problem is probably somewhere else.

Would be nice with some information about the setup. What is your computer type and Os version ? PC ? and Win what ? What is your Native Access version ?

If you are using Windows 11 then I don't think that GR5 is compatible with Windows 11.

Thanks for getting back to me. I have just updated Native Access, and I have a desktop W11 OS , I can open up GR5 and work with it with all it´s features but if I "repair" it in NA then it goes back to demo. It´s happened twice to me and it´s a hassele doing a restore to my pc just to gert it back, somehow I have lost the serial number or something and it only remembers the instance before any repair or update. Would be nice if Native instruments could look it up and send me a new serial number that would work.

Also would like to note that I can not find any link to where I could send this info, they all lead somewhere else like if my problem is with hardware, or other things, it´s all automated and no link to a real person that could help me.

Thanks a bunch Jeremy, but it looks pretty complicated and besides GR5 is working for me right now so I´ll just have to overlook the "repair" in Native Access.
