Why is session string missing

I'v purchased and used Session Strings for a month and after an NI update it doesn' show up anymore

    Hey there, we've seen cases of disappearing libraries,

    Please try quitting Native Access, then deleting the "Native Access.xml" found here:
     
    Mac HD > Library > Application Support > Native Instruments > Service Center
     
    Then start Native Access once more.
     
    Additionally, please make sure to enable Full Disk Access for both Native Access and the NTKDaemon:
