Native Instruments Komplete Audio 6 MK2 Malfunctioning

Bought this interface in August last year from Amazon so it's about 9 months old. It was working fine since I bought it until today, it all the sudden while I was working in Ableton the high pitched noise came over my monitor speakers and almost gave me a heartache. Now anytime I try to use the interface this is what happens. I can't upload videos here so it's impossible to explain this issue. Is there an official customer support email I can send the video to?

    Not suprising no reply or support. I have been told Native Instruments has poor customer service.

    I will never buy a NI product again.
