seem to have lost my Kontakt vst, any suggestions

Hi, i own Komplete13 and don't feel a need to update/upgrade but seem to have lost my Kontakt vst, anyone know how to get back to the version 6 vst

(i am under the impression that i shouldn't have access to 7 because this is in issue Komplete14, so i don't expect that but i'd like the software i bought)

What version of Native Access

What OS?

What else is installed - Kontakt 7 Player? Or Kontakt 7 Full?

Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS (unless you are using a legacy OS , Mac 10.15 and earlier / Win 7 downloads) , else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access

Else then what is your computer type ? , OS version ? and Native Access version ?
