how to retreive lost voucher code

hi i recently purchased a s88 mk3 and N.I. sent a voucher code for a free plug in however that email got deleted from my computer somehow so i was wondering if there is a way to reissue the code

You probably need to talk to support to resolve this. You can do that here - https://bit.ly/n1acc. Go to the bottom of the page and there's a button that takes you to a chatbot. Go through that and you'll get connected to a human eventually. @Jeremy_NI might be able to help too.
