it is just a misunderstanding… This is not your update price (i mean, it is not a special offer for you exclusively), but a general update price.
It is common for all of us… then we go to the next page to see more details and find out if we are qualify or not for that price. :-)

No more real support. At all. I mean none. Zero. Had an old problem ticket that resurfaced. Replied and the ticket is closed. And no way to reopen. Oh, and by the way, no way to create a new ticket. None. It says to go the customer support submit form, but no such form exists and the stupid BOT chat just says gobbledygook.
NI was great. Was.

@dhagen The ticket you mentioned is from December 2023, you can re-open a ticket after one month, after that it's closed. Please read this regarding our support: Support page functionality changes !
If the chatbot can't answer your question, either you are forwarded to a human support agent in chat during open office hours or you can submit a request per email out of these office hours.

Well, that seems to be working. I am apparently talking (emailing) with a person. But the bot is so stupid, constantly saying "I don't understand" and seemingly randomly offering up support links. The process you describe should be:
- MUCH more publicized and clear, and
- if they're going to use a BOT to try and reduce support load, it needs to be a LOT better
