Does anyone know how to fix Maschine plus not installing provided libraries

it keeps saying unexpected error on all libraries but FM8. is this fixable or do I have to send it back and does NI exchange used bought Maschine plus'

    Update: There seems to be an issue with the SD card reader and our support has contacted the OP for replacement
