Basically, I've bought my Komplete Standard back in January yet still my free $25 is nowhere to be found on my e-mail. Support out there please help.

The email containing the voucher should have subject field saying "Get started with KOMPLETE 14 and claim your voucher" and you ought to check the spam folder for it !
Besides then if you bought the Komplete bundle 'back in January' then I think that you are really late complaining about a missing voucher since that is at least three months ago !
However , N.I. support might still help you if you want to pursue it. Reasoning for writing it that way is that the voucher can not be used for anything already discounted and can only be used for N.I.'s own software (no third-party products) and not for hardware either !
If you want to ask support for your missing voucher then ask N.I. Purchase Support
