Having Difficult Time Adding 3rd Party Library

Hi!

So, I searched the forum and elsewhere but I'm not getting a library I just bought installed. It's the Somerville Sounds Mallet Drums (3rd Party Library). I have other 3rd party libraries installed on my external SSD where I keep all my libraries. The drive is 2tb's with plenty of space on it.

I have attached a pic of my Native Access Preferences and I'm not sure that I have this set up correctly. I have changed the security settings to allow Native Access permission to certain data but that didn't work.

Any help would be appreciated.

Note that any attempt to "update" V1 - will never get you V2.

Native Access 2 (v3.10.3) is a separate installer that needs to be downloaded and installed manually.

AND it is strongly recommended to complete remove V1 first.

Vocalpoint…you nailed it. I was running V1 and it wasn't playing nice. Just intalled V2 and everything loaded and works as it should. Thank you so much!

I have changed the security settings to allow Native Access permission to certain data but that didn't work.

Please make sure that you have given full disk access to ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon !

Else then please check the advice : Native Access Error: "Path is invalid"

If neither helps then respond with quote to this and I will call Jeremy_NI for you !

Judging by your Preferences screencap - you are using Native Access v1 - which is not recommended and is quickly heading for retirement.

Install Native Access 2 (v3.10.3) and try this again.
