My kontrol s3 mixer is not working normally

I have a problem with my mixer on line b of my controller
When I move the hi the low moves at the same time and I can't adjust in control manager
I'm mixing this evening and I don't know how to arrange it

have you tried to delete the s3 in traktor settings as controller and add it again?

have you looked for the newer firmware in the download section here, and installed it: https://www.native-instruments.com/en/support/downloads/drivers-other-files/?_ga=2.208053138.1000707128.1715285248-1032195007.1696967104

You could also try to set the controller in midi mode (press and hold flux while connect the controller via USB to the computer), and use a midi monitor, to see if the pots work properly (midi ox for example is a good software)
