why does my offers include komplete 14 standard when i already own komplete ultimate ?

hi ive have more sucess getting answers here than anywhere else and im wondering why im being offered komplete standard when i already own komplete ultimate?

im also being offered kontact 7 but i thought i already owned it ? anyone else frustrated by these "offers"?

A lot of people are getting irrelevant upgrade offers I think. Because of the number of upgrade paths from various versions of various products to various bundle versions the back end business logic doesn't do a very good job of filtering out the products that are applicable. Hopefully at some point it'll be fixed, but for now the only option is to ignore marketing emails!

thanks for you reply . this was in specific regards to the "my komplete offers" section within the native access store itself. I should have made that clearer. im logged in when looking at these offers and it knows who I am and what I own so thats what is most annoying about being offered things ive already bought . between this and not receiving any discount when upgrading to the latest komplete when its released ( say for example I upgraded to the latest guitar rig now ) I feel they dont really have the customers best interests at heart when im been with them all the way since komplete 6 . if it was simple emails I almost always disregard that ,. again thanks for your response , much quicker than native instrument would ever respond
