How am I supposed to activate Reaktor 5 if it asks for service center which is no longer supported ?

I have activated reaktor 5 in the past. I have since bought reaktor 6, but I loaded a track in which uses reaktor 5, and the window opens with it, to activate it. When I click activate, a window opens saying "service centre not found. Please run the product installer again to install service centre"

How am I supposed to do that when it's been replaced by Native Access ???

I've spoken to a chat agent who was of little help. They advised me to uninstall reaktor 5. I ended up needing to uninstall native access, and ntk daemon as well. I reinstalled native access and reaktor 5, but it's still refusing to be activated.

I used to be a huge NI fan, and have bought 3 keyboards, 3 drum machines, 2 interfaces and software, but i'm getting so sick of these issues.

Can anyone help resolve this ?

You didn't state neither computer type nor OS. If your OS is Windows 11 then I read earlier today that Reaktor 5 is supposedly not compatible with Windows 11 ! For Mac compatibility then read here : Compatibility of Native Instruments Products on macOS

Else , if you have the Reaktor 5 registered to your account then you could possibly find it in Native Access if turning on show legacy products. Else it is possible that you would have to use Native Access 1 (?) not sure though ! : Native Access Legacy Installers for Older Operating Systems / How to Downgrade Native Access 2 to Native Access 1
