Download failure

I just created an account and am looking to just the free komplete start. I am going to be added some getgooddrums libraries. I have tried to download the kontact player 7 as well as everything else under the ‘new’ tab. Every one of them fails. I am signed in, have followed the downloading steps, but am still unable to get these items downloaded to my library.

Have you enabled full disk access for Native Access and related programs? If not this article should help -
