How to install latest Native Access

I have been unable to install the latest version of Native Access. I contacted support and followed their instructions, deleted everything was still unable to install NA. Now Kontakt does not work at all. Anyone else have this problem? I’m running Mac OS Big Sur. Any help would be appreciated. David

    I've updated na cannot sign into it.tried redownloading but nothing

    Yes, that’s what happened with me. It downloads, I try to open it, it keeps asking me to sign in over and over, then says if not working contact support, which I’ve done.
