tractor Kontrol s4 mk2 -

hello, hope all is well,

ive downloaded the native access and have been provided with the Traktor scratch 2 pro, however i need the software for the kontrol s4 mk2.

Ive tried to work with the traktor scratch for the traktor kontrol but it does not do anything :( am i missing something?

ive put in the trktor serial number for the hardware and software but got the traktor scratch pro 2 via native access

You can download the drivers from here - Downloads : Drivers & Other Files | Support (native-instruments.com) The drivers for the S4 are about 2/3 down the page.

Hello Myjev, yes ive download the drivers and all necessary software but nowt working😕

Hello Carlos, I expected a software that reads Tractor Kontrol Pro or S4 not Scratch Pro, I've changed the default in scratch to recognise hardware as kontrol s4 mk 2, still nowt working😕

Traktor Scratch Pro 2 is the correct software for the S4 mk2.

Do the lights at all turn on on the s4?

Hello hope all is well, yes all lights up then goes off just the master light stays on😵‍💫

Im having the same problem but how do I know which software drivers I need ? I missed that step
