The problem was a corrupted powershell installation, after reinstalling powershell, Native Access is working.

restart the app. sometimes there is a permissions window that is hidden somewhere, it happened to me and I use three monitors, I saw it on my theird monitor, some popup for system preferences. I also had to reopen it like 4 times for it to finally install and open properly, not sure why.
Im on a M1 Max Mac

I think there is a procedure for doing the same thing on Windows...or maybe it was a popup window there too. And yeah, I have 3 screens too, so you have to be paying attention to notifications anytime you install software. Sometimes they go fast, and if you're messing around with a USB cable or a guitar pedal while you're installing something, the popups can just fly right by without you seeing them!

Here are the links for the process you need to do.
By the way, they appear on a tile right on the index page for this forum.

Wait, what? Powershell, really?
How the heck did you find THAT one?
In any event, good job!
But I wonder just what kind of impact that might have for the Native Access team? I mean, who the heck ever thinks to check Powershell for a corruption before proceeding with an install? That might not even be standard procedure for people debugging Native Access problems.
Adding @Hayo_NI just in case this might be something that the NA team should review.

Thanks for the tag BIF.
This is indeed interesting. On windows there's a glitch during installation with powershells appearing. We deprioritized addressing that as it was relatively harmless and is a sign of an outdated installer we're working towards patching. We hadn't been made aware of it potentially corrupting before however...
Thanks for bringing that to me, going to flag it to the team!
