B4 installation

How can I get support to help me re-install a legitimate installation DVD with prod key of B4 v 1.1.4? The program was running fine in Win7 but will not re-install after a clean install of Win10 on the same computer, giving message "no tonewheel files found".

    Is this the old old OLD version of B4, sometimes called "B-4 II"?
