Upgrading from Komplete Ultimate 12 to Komplete 13

Could anyone clarify this as I can't find an answer on the website for this situation. I only use a small fraction of the products so can't justify the cost of maintaining Ultimate but currently have access to products in Ultimate 12 that are not included in the upgrade to Komplete 13.

If I upgrade do I lose access to those products or keep access but lose access to updates?

You cannot downgrade from Komplete Ultimate to Komplete.

If you want to use K12U plugins and also K13 ones, you must keep K12U and buy K13 (full, not "upgrade" from K12U). Or buy individual licences for plugins that are in K13 and not in K12U.

Mind, that probably K14 comes in half a year. So, maybe updating K12U to K14U will be more appealing than to K13U... Mainly, if you wait to Summer Sale 2023 and get that Update possibly with discount.
