My Heavyocity Foundations Piano appears at Native Access, but not at Kontakt Player!
I've downloaded my Foundations Piano by Heavyocity Download App and installed it successfully. Then I open my Native Access and add its serial number. Again installation was successful. The Heavyocity Foundations Piano appears at the Native Access home and Library.
When I open Kontakt Player 7, I see that all my other instruments are there, including Heavyocity Foundations Nylon Guitar, but not my Foundations Piano.
So, I didn't understand what I did wrong. And I don't know what to do.
Is there anybody who can help me?
Thank you.

When you look in the Native Acess does the "Heavyocity Foundations Piano" say 'installed' ? Or does it say 'Locate' ? It needs to say installed.
If it says installed and you have reset the Kontakt database and that didn't help then open Heavyocity Portal and check if location is the same when you click 'Folder' on Heavyocity Foundations Piano as when you click folder for Heavyocity Foundations Nylon Guitar . If not the same or anything wrong then uninstall Heavyocity Foundations Piano and reinstall to the correct folder of your choice, if necessary then try the reinitialize the KONTAKT Database .
If neither help then please contact either Heavyocity support or N.I. Kontakt Support

It didn't work. It seems to be a bug in Native Access app.
