Waves CR8 Sampler NKS

The NKS template I made for the Waves CR8 Sampler, updated with presets and previews. Came up with a way to map all the layers for Waves CR8 Sampler without it being too difficult to use - first 2 layers come first, as most presets use just 1-2, then envs and mods, so they are still reasonably accessible, then the rest of the layers.
