Script preset error for Notes Per Octave tuning

I called up a factory preset in a script window (Presets/Factory/Tuning/Notes per Octave) in a 8Dio 1969 Piano sampled instrument, and it changes the sustain pedal into a trigger of a harpsicord (or weird octave of the instrument). Every time I press the sustain pedal, it plays a note... Any thoughts?

Good thought. I see that another sampled piano instrument does not have the issue. I'll check with them.
