Howe to get a bigger interface window?

Yes, it’s unfortunately normal. Battery is not resizable and was designed back when 1080p monitors were prevalent. On monitors with higher resolution and HiDPI, the window is really small (same with Massive and FM8).

IMO it's still the standard/normal resolution now.
There are still plenty of computers and monitors being sold with 1920x1080 resolution, TV broadcasts are made in that resolution, and Googling for "computer monitor standard resolution" shows results such as:
1080p is currently the standard screen resolution for modern computing
also:
In the case of a monitor with an industry-standard Full HD 1080p resolution, this display has a resolution of 1920 x 1080.

The most popular monitor resolution in 2023 according to Google, was indeed 1080p with approx. 22.18% global share.
But this also means that nearly 80% of monitors worldwide are being run with different (higher or lower) resolutions.
That’s why software GUIs should be scalable to lower and higher resolutions, otherwise one is catering to only 22% of users worldwide.

I agree that software windows are best when they're scalable, and I do find it annoying when software doesn't have the usual min/max or resize options................but I was responding only to your "back when" comment which seemed to imply that 1080p is somehow outdated.

No worries. Not outdated. I should have said “back when 1080p was the highest resolution everyone was aiming for”.
