Installation Failed; Invalid location

I was unable to use programs in Kontakt 7 and I unistalled the all of the programs and 
reinstalled Access2, but when I tried to reinstall my programs via Access2, 
I encountered this message...Installation failed: Invalid location :( 
how can I solve this problem

    First of all, thank you for the quick response, and I apologize for my delayed reply. :) While I was checking your recommendations, I noticed that some programs were installed automatically, and there was an update for contact control as well. I updated it right away, and then I downloaded all the programs. I'm not exactly sure how this fix happened, but it did. Thank you for your attention! :)

    Did you check all your file locations in Preferences to make sure they're valid and you have access to them? I always launch Native Access with administrator rights to ensure it's got access.
