Help with Maschine Plus Registration
Hello,
On Friday I received my Maschine Plus purchased New from zZounds. I tried registering and was met with an error message. I immediately received an email that stated "unfortunately an error occurred during your product activation. Our registration system has recognized that the serial number used for the product activation has not been licensed correctly." I replied with the necessary info but have not heard back.
Can anyone help me get this registered? I'd like to download the associated free expansions that are being promoted for new purchases before April 30

NI support doesn’t work on weekends. They should reply on Monday. If you haven’t already opened a ticket, I suggest doing so.

Did they fix the problem? I have the same issue and I created a support ticket today. Just to know how long I have to wait before I can use my device…
