Traktor Kontrol s2 controller not responding

Hello i recently bought a Traktor s2 controller , when i plug it in ,lights will light up across all buttons for a second but after that only the usb light stays on ,its not being detected on virtual dj and traktor as well ,i have tried installing drivers from the NI site but no luck

Hey, did it happen after the update and what OS version do you have installed on your computer?

I have the same thing, yesterday the controller worked, today the lights blink and everything goes out, there is no response
