Problems with transfer traktor DJ pro 3

Hello everyone, this is the situation. I sold traktor control s2mk3 to another person, through a transfer I gave him a license for the CONTROLLER, he successfully registered it, but cannot get a licensed dj pro 3. It is not displayed in access, that is, it cannot be downloaded. What to do in such a situation?

First thing to do is check that he successfully transferred the licence. Log into your Native Instruments account and go here - My Transfers | License Transfer (native-instruments.com)

If the licence transfer is still showing there then the transfer hasn't been completed and he needs to import the transfer ID to his account.

If the transfer ID has gone then the transfer is complete, and there's nothing else you can do to help him. He'll need to contact Native Instruments support to ask why the software isn't showing in his account.
