Too bad i just gifted my ages-old template to a friend. This is one of most rare of pieces. NI shipped it only in the first batch of F1 controllers they produced, i believe. I apologize for not being helpful at all with this piece of info, but i thought i would let you know anyway.

Not with my F1 to test but that could be just a default User Mapping layout.
