Multiple Libraries Are Gone

Hello,


I am on Mac 13.3.1. I would say 10 plus libraries are gone from my Native Access. I've reinstalled Native Access. I have not performed any updates today. All libraries were there 12 hours ago or. Does anyone no if there's an issue on Native Instruments end? Yes, I sent a ticket in. Thank you in advance!

    Hmm...maybe this is a bit silly suggestion that worked for me when I didn't have couple of libraires myself (sorry in advance), but did you try inserting the serial numbers of those lost libraries you once had?

    You can find the serials on your account on NI website.

    Yes, I did a test run entering the serial number again. It accepted it. Does NOT show up even after refreshing.

    Heavyocity and Keepforest products. All gone.
