Guitar Rig 7 Pro license not showing
Hi everyone,
I have a Guitar Rig 7 Pro serial that I received with my purchase of iZotope Music Production Suite 6. I entered it into Native Access and it said it added a license for Guitar Rig 7 LE. However, it doesn’t show up as an option to install Guitar Rig 7 LE or Pro. I tried deleting NativeAccess.xml and hit reload among other remedies.
Any advice how to receive my product? Thanks in advance.

Thanks, Jeremy. I got in touch yesterday. Haven't heard back yet so I thought I'd look for answers here.

After receiving email confirmation then please allow support up to a week to answer and if they do not respond within a week then politely update your ticket to let support know that you are still waiting for a response ! Also N.I. support do not work in the weekend !
