Traktor Kontrol S2 connection issue (not being powered ???)

I just purchased and downloaded Traktor Pro 3 on my Macbook Air M2. I connected by Traktor Kontrol S2 via USB and the controller is not being powered and it is not connecting to the software on my computer.

I tried the drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling, changing the USBc ports, and USBa cables and not working.
