Just more expansions that have just sounds, instruments and other patches in them. Kontakt, Maschine Sounds, Massive, Polysynth. I'm tired of all the loops and drum sounds. I have more drum sounds than there is water on earth and I don't use loops to make music. Never understood it.

Is there an M1 Max expansion coming any time soon? I just replaced the last old Mac in our studio and the house is all M1 now so running my favorite apps 'non' natively is so two years ago. Wow has it really been?

Yeah, that is a fair point. If you are trying to get nature sounds you have to get out there and have some decent low noise kit and even then you may get interrupted by a plane or something. But loud stuff is pretty easy to capture even with your cell phone stock mic. I got allot of Mardi Gras and protest samples from just my phone. For nature stuff I use Tascam DR-100mkiii with great results. I tried one of those Shure mics with lightning connector and they are not great for quite sampling of nature, Tascam is great for nature.

Also, archive.org will have loads of speeches and rando sounds form the last several decades and beyond. Archive.org is a free sources off absolutely massive amounts of audio of any form.
